1. Introduction

GOLFNASIUM® provides digital subscription plans and
consultations tailored to golf strengthening, fitness conditioning and mindful wellbeing. These Terms
& Conditions govern your access to and use of our services and products.

2. Definitions

- "We," "Us," and "Our"
refer to GOLFNASIUM®.

- "You" and "Your" refer to the
customer or user of our services.

- "Digital Goods" includes subscription plans,
video content, and consultations provided by GOLFNASIUM®.

3. Account Creation

- You must create a GOLFNASIUM® app account to access
subscription content and offerings.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your account login credentials and for all activities conducted through your
account.

4. Payments

- Payments are processed securely via our Stripe payment gateway.

- All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in these Terms.

5. Consultations

- Consultations are booked separately and are subject to availability.

- Rescheduling or cancellation of consultations require at least 48 hours notice to qualify for ability to reschedule.

6. Use of Digital Goods

- Digital goods are for personal, non-commercial use only.

- Redistribution, resale, or sharing of GOLFNASIUM® content without prior consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

- All content, including videos, text, graphics, and other materials, is the exclusive property of GOLFNASIUM®.

- Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

8. Subscription Plans

- Subscription plans provide access to golf training videos, exercises, other digital resources, and one on one interaction.

- Plans are billed monthly, annually, or in full depending on your selection at checkout.

- Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

- Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before your renewal date.

- To cancel subscription please log into the web version of the GOLFNASIUM® app at www.trainerize.com/login.aspx

- Log-in. Go to Profile, Payment, Cancel auto-renew.

9. Refund Policy

- Subscription fees are non-refundable after free trial period has expired and/or payment has been made.

- A cancellation can be made before next billing renewal date to avoid further subscription fees.

- Additionally, no refund will be provided for unused services including subscriptions, sessions or custom programs. Any unused products, services or programming are therefore forfeited.

- Log-in. Go to Profile, Payment, Cancel auto-renew.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

- GOLFNASIUM® provides its services "as is" and "as available."

- We do not guarantee specific results from the use of our training programs.

11. Limitation of Liability

- GOLFNASIUM® is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of our training programs or consultations.

- All information is intended for instruction and informational purposes only.

- The authors are not responsible for any harm or injury that may result.

- Significant injury risk is possible if you do not follow due diligence and see suitable physician advice about your injury.

- No guarantees of specific results are expressly made or implied.

12. Termination

- We reserve the right to terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

- Termination of your account will result in the removal of your access, complete removal of your private information on file including all programming, participants personal file and payment card on record, and you will accept the full responsibility of the loss incurred of original payment as no refund of any kind will be given.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions

- We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

- Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

- These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida.
